Consulting, competence and method evaluation
The world of calibration is subject to clear rules and standards. At the same time, the normative and technical requirements are subject to constant change. The Competencies, Methods and Consulting department is responsible for the evaluation and development of processes and people within and outside esz AG. It advises departments, contractual partners and customers on evaluation methods, procedures and evaluation metrics in order to make competence measurable.
Competence centre and development hub
With the development, description, verification and validation of measurement methods, esz AG enables its customers to offer a wide range of measurement sizes and methods. Our Calibration Management Consultants create the necessary process and measurement uncertainty descriptions as well as the technical documentation. Our consultants can also support the installation and commissioning of measuring stations for calibration at esz AG. This enables us to react quickly and in a targeted manner to the requirements of the market or legislators. Our customers benefit from esz AG’s experience, expertise and wide range of calibrations and accredited quantities.
Calibration Management Consulting
Our technology experts provide training for technical processes and software applications. They advise the operators of measuring stations and develop new training concepts for customers or within esz AG. By participating in bodies, associations and committees, we are involved in current developments at an early stage and actively shape the future of metrology.
CEPS and Automotive testing technology
CEPS, esz AG’s Calibration Expert Partner System, allows workshops, inspection bodies, test centres and test bases of technical inspection organisations to professionally calibrate their measuring devices directly on site, including complete and legally compliant documentation.
The Competencies, Methods and Consulting department is responsible for the entire back office of automotive test technology calibrations within the CEPS and is the point of contact for all parties involved. It also assists the vehicle support team with problems and unanswered questions from our customers.
